The Approaching Festive Season

As we near the end of 2010, the team at VCA cannot help but take a retrospective look at the year. We would like to thank you for your continued support of the VCA World of brands, products and services. Through the many changes we have experienced in 2010, we are growing with strength and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the transition.

Holiday Trading Times

To further our support to you, we would like to confirm that trading will remain as normal over the Christmas and New Year period. Orders placed by 5pm on 23rd of December will still be dispatched the next day. Next day dispatch will also occur for orders received by 5pm on 30th of December. We will definitely be enjoying the public holidays of Monday 27, Tuesday 28 in December and Monday 3rd of January, but our sales coordinators, marketing support, accounts and warehouse teams will be standing by to assist you the rest of the days.

As the festive season falls in the busy summer months, some stock can become high in demand. Please allow for extended delivery times over the next two months and place orders early to avoid any disappointment. We will endeavour to meet your demands wherever and whenever possible. Operations will return to normal from the 4th of January onwards.
